Chapter I

Who I am, before
what I do.

Father of two. Wrestling coach. Former professional gamer. My relationship with Microsoft predates the public reveal of the first Xbox — I won the world’s first Xbox contest at fourteen.

Today I coach my son’s wrestling team, and we build AI automation systems at the kitchen table. He’s thirteen and earning recurring revenue from email workflows we designed. My rule: get a job before you get a phone. He found a way.

If a thirteen-year-old can run the automation, it’s been designed right.

A part-time job that
rewrote the rest of the career.

I was studying to become an educator when I took a part-time job at the Microsoft Store. Within eighteen months: #1 in sales as a part-timer. The store became #1 in the company.

Microsoft created a role for me to train the region. That expanded to national, then international — they sent me to China to train the first three stores in the country.

Mentorship from leaders like Judson Althoff was the best education no college could pay for.

Meet BMO.

My family’s Discord-native AI companion. Forty-five abilities — fourteen running on schedule, all configured from Notion. Built in a kitchen, used every day.

Five production AI systems on my GitHub right now. Fourteen public repos total — all in active use. Type something in the chat. Let’s see it respond.

AugmentED
the founder chapter.

Co-founded as Chief Experience Officer. Raised $3M from investors including Mark Cuban and Robert Kraft. A five-product EdTech platform.

My professional gaming career directly informed the company — the eSports brand, the gamified curricula, the Minecraft camps. All built from lived experience.

The smart-venue play got Cuban and Kraft on board: drive revenue to multimillion-dollar eSports arenas during school hours, when they had zero traffic.
